Babajees Terms & Conditions – Complete User Agreement

Introduction & Eligibility

Babajees (referred to herein as the "Platform", "we", or "us") is an online betting and gaming service provider. These Terms & Conditions form a legally binding agreement between Babajees and you, the user.

• Babajees' decision is final in any dispute regarding scores or results.

Odds Changes

The odds displayed at the time a bet is placed are considered final. Live betting odds may change rapidly once an event has started. Babajees reserves the right to update odds at any time.

Maximum Win Limit

A maximum win limit may apply per bet or within a given time period. These limits may vary by betting category and account level.

Bonuses & Promotions

Welcome Bonus

To claim the welcome bonus as a new member, you must complete registration and make your first deposit. The welcome bonus can only be claimed once.

General Bonus Terms

• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly.
• Wagering requirements must be met before withdrawal (typically 15x).
• A time limit may apply for completing wagering requirements.

Account Suspension & Closure

Babajees reserves the right to suspend or permanently close an account without notice under the following circumstances:

• Failure to complete KYC verification or providing false information.
• Suspicious financial activity.
• By court order or government directive.
• Accounts inactive for an extended period (more than 12 months).

User Rights

You may request account closure at any time. Any verifiable balance can be withdrawn before the account is closed, however any active bonuses will be forfeited.
